Pale yellow with hints of orange blossom on the nose. For the mouth it is crisp, dry with back notes of almond serve at 10*C. These vines are around 20 years old and cultivated in calcareous (chalky, lime) terrain. This is similar to that of notable French counterparts Champagne, Burgundy, and Chablis. Amongst other qualities, this soil helps produce higher acidity in the wine.
